N&P is happy to inform you that Fabien Guerin has joined the NP family as our new Country Manager in China.

 Fabien is French and has an extensive experience of ES in Asia. He owns and manages a small recruitment company “Talent Fishers” (TF), which would soon become second brand of NP for junior to middle level management positions.

Fabien will wear the two hats of developing NP and TF businesses. Until we are fully integrated by the end of this year, we will work between the 2 brands as Cooperation Partners with a referral agreement. NP and TF will be sharing the same premises.

 The application process of setting up our Wholly Owned Foreign Company (WOFE) is finalizing, 100% subsidiary of NP Hong Kong, which shall be legally operational in July.

 Our aim is to build a strong Asia Desk able to take advantage of such a growing market despite its high complexity and the tough competition.
